We ship within 48 hours of order confirmation. Most US orders arrive in 3-5 business days. Shipping is $3.99, $5.99 or $7.99 depending on your kit size, and it is always free on subscriptions.
Are your ingredients dairy-free?
Our tea base is dairy-free. Most of our kits let you choose your preferred milk (dairy, oat, almond, or soy).
How do I prepare the boba?

What is your return policy?
