Where your kit ships from

Every Boboza kit is packed by hand at our cafe in Pacific Beach, San Diego, California. Nothing sits in a third-party warehouse waiting its turn.

How long it takes

• Handling: your box leaves our cafe within 1-2 business days of your order.
• Transit: most US addresses receive it 3-5 business days after it ships, so roughly a week from the day you order.
• Orders placed on weekends or US holidays begin handling on the next business day.

What shipping costs

• Subscriptions: free shipping on every delivery.
• One-time orders, Tracked & Insured Shipping based on your order total: $4.90 under $35, $5.90 from $35 to $69.90, $6.90 from $69.91 to $104.99, and $9.90 for $105 or more. The exact amount is shown on the product page and again at checkout before you pay.

Tracking your order

We email you a tracking number the moment your box leaves us. You can follow it any time on our Track your order page. If you cannot find your tracking number, email hello@tryboboza.com or call (310) 694-4751 and we will look it up for you.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

If something goes wrong

If your kit arrives damaged, or if it does not arrive at all, contact us at hello@tryboboza.com and we will make it right. Our 30-day money-back guarantee covers your order either way, and it is described in our Refund policy.

A note on the boba pearls

The boba pearls travel dry and sealed, so shipping time does not affect how they cook. They come out chewy whether the box took three days or five.
